“Bao Yugang Chair Professor” is supported by Bao Yugang international fund of Zhejiang University. This position is open for the recruitment to famous foreign universities or research institutions. In this round of recruitment, three well-known foreign scholars were granted with the title. Among them, ZLAIRE director, Prof. leendert van der Torre recommended by the School of Philosophy of Zhejiang University, is successfully selected. His cooperative professor is Prof. Beishui Liao.
As informed, Prof. Leender van der Torre is supposed to work at ZJU three months every year. With his presence at ZJU, the construction of ZLAIRE will be promoted and the international influence of logic and related interdisciplinary disciplines will be enhanced.
